Apply to join the Umrah performers network
Performing Umrah al-Badal is a trust before it is a paid task. That is why no account is activated on Moneeb the moment you register, and no request is assigned before we verify the applicant's identity and eligibility and confirm they meet the performance and documentation requirements.
Applicant requirements:
- Has previously performed Umrah for themselves.
- Is at least 18 years old.
- Provides valid, verifiable identity details and a phone number.
- Knows the type of Umrah and is able to perform its rites correctly.
- Is able to reach the Miqat and the Grand Mosque and carry out the request on time.
- Uses the Moneeb app and documents the required stages from their actual locations.
- Performs the request personally, without delegating or transferring it to anyone else.
- Preserves the confidentiality of requesters' data.
- Complies with Moneeb's instructions and quality and documentation policies.
How is an application reviewed?

- 2Verifying identity and matching the information.
- 3Reviewing eligibility and prior experience.
- 4Reviewing the performance and documentation guidelines and agreeing to the Umrah performer charter.
- 5Activating the account after passing the review.
- 6Ongoing review of performance and documentation quality after activation.
Acceptance on Moneeb is not a permanent, unconditional endorsement. Performance and documentation are subject to review and evaluation, and an account may be suspended or terminated for breaching instructions, incomplete documentation, providing incorrect information, or violating the trust entrusted to the performer.
